My family member has passed away but I don't want to clear anything, can you help?
A: Of coarse we can! We complete many home clearances all year round, we strive to take extra care in this scenario, if we find anything that could be sentimental or a treasured item we will place this to one side along with any paper work or important items. Feel free to talk to one of our team and we are able to help you.
I need waste removed from my garden but I have no side gate or access, are you able to help?
A: We can indeed! In this instance we would book in a site visit and see what the best way to remove the waste would be and to make the price as competitive as possible. We also can provide a full sheeting service inside your home, we are able to sheet the floor and walls possibly units and furniture if we think this is required. Do I know where you are taking the waste and do I get a receipt?
A: You get both! We always provide the customer with a full invoice of what has been removed and the cost of the work which would have been previously quoted for. Sometimes depending on your location we will use alternative waste disposal stations so if you require the name and address of this station we would be more than happy to provide all the details for you. We also provide you with a WTN (Waste transfer note) which means your waste will be removed and disposed of correctly.
