Matt is the company director at M.G.P.S and has over 8 years of knowledge and experience in the engineering industry. Matt studied at Bath College achieving a qualification in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning engineering, along with Electrical Inspection and Diagnostics. Before creating M.G.P.S, Matt was working as a catering engineer, holding the position of inspection, service, repair and install of commercial catering equipment! 

Will is also a Director of MGPS and covers all of the Bath area for the company. With an outstanding pass rate and qualifications in the Plumbing, Electrical and Refrigeration industries (City & Guilds, EAL inspected, F-GAS and CSCS qualified). Will is continuing on from his apprentice with M.G.P.S (3YEARS) and is now developing his skills in the company's many other services!

​When he's not working, Will is also a proficient road cyclist who races all over the UK, participating in track races, hill climbs and road events representing Bath Cycling Club. When the weather is nice he enjoys spending time repairing his collection of bikes.

William is a key player at M.G.P.S, completing onsite work in addition to looking after our Facebook and Twitter. He is in the first year of his three year apprenticeship with M.G.P.S. Even though he could pass as 10 William is in fact 21 years old (other staff wish they had his young looks)

In William's spare time he loves to enjoy quality time with his friends and family, in addition to developing his online skills by building new online platforms, entering and winning competitions with the work he has created!

Ben is one of our newest apprentices to join MGPS, interested in developing skills in all areas of the company. Due to carrying out work experience with us over three years ago Ben decided to apply to progress with college and is now in his second year.

When Ben is not working he plays football for his local team as well as long dog walks with his spaniel Flo to some amazing parts of the UK! 

Mike is our longest serving engineer, now on his 7th year with the company. As a multie-trade its a common occurrence to see him on most larger projects assisting in all required aspects of the job.

On a day off Mike enjoys going fishing to rural spots to relax and enjoy the countryside as well as spend lots of time with his young daughter who has just turned 2!

Sam has been with MGPS for 5 years, from designing paper work forms to rebranding our business and logo in 2023 Sam really has an advance knowledge of business development and continuous to pride himself in organizing all of our online payments and website data to keep our clients happy.

Spare time isn't often although when it is Sam loves to go mountain biking and travel to Italy to visit some amazing towns and cities!
